I fell in love with Les Mills classes — not just for the workout, but for the energy, the music, and the joy the instructors bring.
Inspired by their positivity and contagious vibe, I started creating little movement moments like this one (Les Mills Core)— just before heading to the gym.
They became my way of setting the mood, warming up with intention, and connecting to my body before class even started.

If you know Les Mills Core, you know it’s all about stability, balance, and those sneaky moves that work your entire body.
The inspiration for this groove came straight from Igor Angélico’s (find him on Instagram: @igorangelico) classes — his sessions are always SUPER fun, full of good vibes, creative core moves, and a contagious energy that makes everyone smile (even when your abs are burning!).

These short grooves are my way of bringing a bit of that fun and energy home, keeping my training dynamic and reminding me that working on core strength can be challenging and enjoyable — especially when it comes from an instructor who truly loves what he does.
