🥗 What I Ate Today

As part of my weight loss journey, I kept today’s meals simple and balanced.

Breakfast
Omelettes with onion and herbs, clementines, and black coffee.

Lunch
Ground beef with fresh salad. Coffee and water on the side.

Dinner
Cheat meal

Snack
Plain yogurt.

💪🏾 Workout of the Day

Today I went for a 40-minute walk at Monteiro-Mor Botanical Park with my daughter. It was a light but meaningful activity that kept me moving, while also giving us a special moment together in nature. This walk was not only about staying active but also about creating memories, bonding, and enjoying the calm atmosphere of the park.

💭 How I Felt

This active recovery walk felt amazing. The weather was perfect with warm sun, and it turned into moments of fun and play between me and my daughter. We laughed, enjoyed the park, and it didn’t feel like exercise at all. It was pure joy, connection, and movement at the same time.
