
🥗 What I Ate Today
As part of my weight loss journey, I kept today’s meals simple and balanced.
Breakfast
Egg omelets, coffee, and fresh watermelon.
Lunch
Boiled sweet potato, homemade beef meatballs, and eggplant & zucchini ratatouille.
Coffee and water on the side.
Dinner
Sautéed chicken breast with cream, boiled potatoes, and a fresh tomato salad.
Snack
A handful of walnuts.

I trained upper body using kettlebells and dumbbells — focusing on shoulders, chest, back, and arms.

I was still a bit tired from yesterday’s workout, but I had the energy to show up. I danced, had fun, and completed the entire session — and that felt amazing!

This second day went really well. I felt happy and even remembered my Body Pump (Les Mills) classes with joy. Before going to bed, I did another stretching session to relax. A true success day!
