GOOD MORNING!!!! Today is PARTY DAY! It’s Solinca’s S-DAY SUMMER PARTY! And Suzike is going to have the time of her life! I am so happy!!!! And SO excited! The last S-Day was so much fun and I truly believe this one is going to top it! S-DAY, HERE I GO! Oh… and for you lot… HAPPY SATURDAY! Because mine is starting WONDERFULLY! A big kiss!

How do I even start this post? Maybe by saying: “WOW! What an INCREDIBLE morning!”

Today I got to visit yet another Solinca location: Solinca Linda-a-Velha. Free parking and a GORGEOUS women’s changing room!

The atmosphere was fantastic, everyone warm and in great spirits!

RPM

After the member welcome, we headed to the studios and I kicked off my training with RPM. The class was led by Rui Batalha, Igor Angélico and Pedro Fernandes.

Saying the students were pumped up would be a massive understatement. The room was ON FIRE!

The instructors delivered and the students’ response was incredible: maximum effort and BATTLE CRIES all around! I LOVED it. What a way to start the day!

Power Jump

Right after came Power Jump, with Rita Calaz, Igor Angélico, Madalena and Pedro Fernandes.

Another PHENOMENAL class!

Room packed to the absolute limit, students bursting with energy, and unstoppable instructors!

I have to mention one truly magical moment during the class: the dancing! I already knew Igor was a fantastic dancer, but Rita… WOW! The way that woman moves her body! My sincere compliments! Those two gave us such a beautiful moment during the choreography that I actually let out an audible “Ahhhh!” (you can hear it in their story, for those who saw it…). I LOVED it!

Another spectacular class.

Body Attack

Right after came Body Attack, with Igor Angélico, Rita Calaz, Catarina Gomes, Pedro Fernandes and Thomas Reignoux. What a FANTASTIC team.

Full room, intense training, loads of fun, and even some dancing. These people are something else!

Body Combat

I was already on my way out when Rita suggested I stay for Combat. I decided to take the challenge. How I actually managed it, I honestly don’t know, but I did. And I gave it everything I had.

The class was led by Rita Calaz (does this woman ever get tired?), Joana Duarte, Hugo Fernandes, Thomas Reignoux and Roberto Branco.

Full room, all of us ready, and then Hugo treated us to his Summer Look. Very nice indeed, but how he managed to teach the class (and teach it brilliantly) wearing those sunglasses, I will never know!

I absolutely LOVED this event: the organisation, the dedication, the decor put together by the instructors themselves, the commitment (they were truly tireless), the incredible classes, and the constant warmth, because despite being exhausted they always had a smile to give us.

What a WONDERFUL morning! Solinca deserves every bit of recognition for its professionals. WELL DONE!
